Propera is a software platform that allows users to input information and receive analytical outputs, estimates, and projections related to real estate and property analysis.

The Service is provided for informational and internal planning purposes only.

2. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

All outputs:

• Are estimates only
• May be incomplete or inaccurate
• Should not be relied upon as professional advice

You are solely responsible for verifying information and making decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Beta and Early Access Disclaimer

Certain features may be provided as beta, preview, or early-access functionality.

During this period:

• Features may change or be removed
• Data may be reset
• Service availability is not guaranteed

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your submitted data. By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

• Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months, or $100 if no payment was made

You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
